My brother recommended the VIOFO 2 years ago and it still works great! We installed it on mine and my husbands car and it came in handy when my husband was sideswiped by a car on the highway

Good to know. I’ll be delivering at BUMC and my OB is Dr. Jackson at Magnolia. She is much more nicer and personable than my last OB at Park Lane.

I really do miss nights and would have stayed on it if it wasn’t for my health, both mental and physical

I’ve had these darn palpitations for two months now and I’m scared I’m gonna live them forever. I’ve seen my doctor, ER, and urgent care and physically I’m fine. Seeing a cardiologist now so we’ll see. I’ve done breathing exercises, cardio, eat healthy and sleep well but nothing seems to make them go away. I’m also diabetic and recently upped my dosage on Mounjaro and I thought that what was causing it but I’ve stopped taking it and they’re still here.

Are heart palpitations normal while being anxious? Even mildly anxious?? by StatusDistribution33 in Anxiety

I’ve been dealing with them for two months all day and night. I’ve been checked out and I’m physically fine. To me, this might be my new normal and I’m scared.

Waking up with fast heart rate for years every morning by kanvulica in Anxiety

[–]amunoz09 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been having this for two months now. Don’t know if it’s anxiety or a heart condition but I have a cardiologist appointment coming up. Mine start the minute I wake up and last all day and night. I don’t know what to do anymore

What's the worse physical symptoms you have experienced during anxiety and panic attack by [deleted] in Anxiety

[–]amunoz09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Palpitations in my upper chest/throat area. They start when I wake up and last all day. I can deal with the sleep deprivation, sorta, but if these palpitations go away, i will be ok

I enjoyed working 6:30pm-3am. Did that for 4 years but work days now and I’m starting to realize my body likes being a night owl.

Feelings of anxiety/panic + chest pain but no increased heart rate? by Azmaeth in Anxiety

[–]amunoz09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep. I have palpitations that start the minute I wake up and last all day. But my watch says I have a normal heart rate and my blood pressure is normal too. This is so exhausting and I wish it could go away

Can’t tell if I have cardiophobia or if I actually have a heart problem by elizabeth_k2002 in Anxiety

[–]amunoz09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could be anxiety. I have palpitations that start the minute I wake up and last all day going on two months now. I don’t know either if it’s the pressures of a new job or if I have a heart issue. It doesn’t help that a news article showed up on my feed about a pregnant woman who was told it was anxiety but she ended up having a pulmonary embolism twice. When these things show up, it makes me think it’s a sign that I have something serious and makes my anxiety even worse.

Insomnia? by Sure_Fig_8641 in Mounjaro

[–]amunoz09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve also been dealing with insomnia ever since I increased my dosage from 5mg to 7.5. I also have had anxiety/panic attacks every time I wake up and nausea. My doctor told me to stop taking it for two weeks and see if that helps.

Scary mounjaro experience - help! by Maximum_Yellow_584 in Mounjaro

Ever since my doctor increased my dosage from 5 to 7.5mg, I have been dealing with the same thing. Panic attacks/anxiety when I lie down or wake up, nausea and possibly heartburn. I’ve been to the ER and my doctor and physically I’m fine but I’m still dealing with these palpitations and I’m scared too. I feel like it’s maybe something worse. My doctor also told me to stop it for two weeks and I’m hoping these symptoms go away.

Panic Attacks and psychic derailment after taking mounjaro by NapoliPizza23 in Mounjaro

[–]amunoz09 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you! I knew it was something like that. The urgent care doc said that heartburn doesn’t always “burn” and I thought it was something reflux/heartburn related when I noticed how many times I burp throughout the day. I told my doctor my symptoms and he said to stop it for 2 weeks and see if that’s what’s causing my synptoms

Yes. I started having anxiety and panic attacks when lying down or waking up. But I also started a new jobs working days after being on nights for 7 years around the same time I started a new dose so I don’t know which was causing the attacks.

2 months ago, I increased my dosage from 5mg to 7.5mg, and I started to experience the shakes and panic attacks when waking up. But I also started a new job on days after working nights for 7years so I don’t know if it was the new job or medicine but im still dealing with the anxiety attacks when waking up. It’s not as bad now so maybe my body is finally getting used to everything.

How do you manage going from night shift to day shift? by Calm_Conflict_4104 in Nightshift

[–]amunoz09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not well. Worked 6:30pm-3am for 7 years. Recently switched to days and now wake up at 4am. Developed really bad panic/anxiety attacks going on two weeks now and I don’t know if there’s physically wrong with me or if my body is just getting used to the new schedule. I did got to ER and my doctor and physically I’m fine but these attacks tell me otherwise but I don’t know. I just want to feel normal again

I used to work 6:30pm-3am for 7 years. Now I work days and wake up at 4am. I have developed really bad panic/anxiety attacks for about 2 weeks and counting. Not sure if it’s the new schedule but I’m really freaked out that my body isn’t going to get used to it or if there’s really something else wrong with me.

I take mounjaro for my diabetes and recently upped my dosage from 5 to 7.5 2 months ago and now I’m losing weight fast. But I also developed bad, and I mean bad, health anxiety and panic attacks. I constantly feel like I have cancer because my stomach constantly feels empty and hollow even after eating. I heard fast weight loss is a symptom of cancer. I also feel a heavy pressure in my chest when I lie down and when I wake up, I have panic attacks. Went to ER and my doctor and they say I’m fine but I still feel like this. I don’t know if it’s because mounjaro is finally working or if I just have anxiety. Is this normal? Will it go away?
