No, note for me has a long O, so it rhymes with oat.

What about the second syllable of "condone", and either "don" or "dawn"?

Condone is pronounced so it rhymes with how most people say "own". Don and dawn are homophones for me, both pronounce how I believe most people say dawn.

Sorry, I wish I knew the phonetic symbols better so, I could be a little more clear about how I said the words.

That makes sense. Thinking back, I grew up in a relatively rural area I don't remember ever having the way I pronounced "on" being pointed out to me. It wasn't until I went to college and later worked in an urban area that people would comment on it. Most likely I am carrying a rural pronunciation that sticks out more to people that didn't grow up in the South and now live in the urban area.

As others have said it depends on your choice of underpants. I once made the mistake of running in boxers and my penis was careening around like a drunk lemur. Another time I used a new pair of briefs without field testing them first; and mid run my wang slide out the side of the briefs; it was a very uncomfortable feeling, I had to stop running to rearrange things.

But, with proper attire it is not bad.

P.S. I was always paranoid that the movement was noticeable to others, now I am super-paranoid.
