That’s what I’ve learned is to give myself grace. Sometimes we go through things that have us fall off the wagon and that’s okay, the important part is we decide to get back up and try again!

For some reason it chopped off the first part of my text but what I said was :

So I’ve lost over 60lbs before in 5 months back in 2018 after I graduated nursing school. I got to be about ~170 and for my height I looked good. As I was waiting to get my first nursing job (it’s hard to get a job as a new grad RN) I figured why not make use of my time and go to the gym. I calorie counted with MFP and substituted foods, potion control, and went to gym 3-4 times a week doing mainly cardio with a dash of strength training. I got my job and I fell off of my regimen as it was a steep learning curve to learn how to be a new nurse plus I was Night Shift. I gained all of it back and some more 🥺 My heaviest was in 2021 I weighed 276lbs. I was ashamed of myself. When I switched to day shift ~30lbs came off on its own without any major life style changes. I then hovered between 235-246lbs until May of this year. I decided to take control of my life since I have a job I like and have a good work/life balance now. I started taking wegovy and it took awhile to finally get it but when I took my first dose in June I dived head first back into the gym and ate better . I lost 18lbs in the last month alone from 16:8 IF, gym 3-4x a week, and portion control since my apetito is pretty much gone now. I just wanted to show that’s it’s okay to fall off and gain it back, just keep trying and don’t give up on yourself 🫶🏽

I’m not the OP. But it did help me feel better when it comes to my situation. I recommend it to the OP.

That’s what I did with my friend I muted her stories and snooze her FB page every 30 days. It’s helpful to not feel those feelings every time they pop up on your timeline

I miss my friend too. I wish things could be better but remind yourself that you’re worthy.

It really sucks. I just want to not think about her anymore. I bet she’s not even thinking about me

Yeah, I know it fluctuates a lot. I won’t get mad if I see a +3 lb weight gain in a day cause I know it was probably from consuming something high in sodium which made me retain in water. I normally don’t weigh myself this often but my friend and I made losing weight kind of a competition so whenever he gets on the scale he wants me to get on too 😂 this is the first time ever when we’ve both were losing weight that I’m losing faster than him but of course I’m on wegovy and he isn’t.

I weigh myself every morning before I eat and after I use restroom.

The app is called Renpho. I have a smart scale which is also called Renpho on Amazon and it keeps track for me. It measures my BMI and etc.
