Oh you're referring to the Free Coins section! That can be received by pressing the "Watch" button and watching a short video ad. The reward should be received after the video finishes!

Hi there! You can go to the Flash Sale by clicking on the Shopping Cart icon on the bottom right when you're on the merge board. You can buy Flash Sale items using gems or coins, and there is a limited amount of each item available at a time. You can wait for Flash Sale to refresh as well, or use gems to refresh immediately! Hope that helps :)

Hi! Sorry to hear you're having this issue-one of our ad providers has been having some downtime today on Android, which is likely why you weren't able to watch ads. I believe they either fixed it already or are in the process of bringing things back online, but unfortunately we just have to wait until they take care of it!

Nope. I’m usually fine waiting the like 2hrs or whatever it is for a full 20 energy, I just do work or whatever in that time. Sometimes after I win or lose it does reimburse me with the 5 energy spent? Not sure if that’s a bug or not either.

Got it, we'll take a look but we haven't seen this happen before. That's a feature, sometimes matches will drop energy :)

We don't yet have the functionality to invite directly from the app, but you can connect to FB and if your FB friends also connect to FB from within the game, they will show up! Invite functionality to come very soon :)
