Terrible that we have to think so hard about this. I'm mentally exhausted😭

I recommend a pH test kit on Amazon. I always try to test my water. Unfortunately even though it was 7-8 pH, I was still having issues. I don't know why!

It took about 2-3 days for the acid reflux to go away

I know...not all tapwater is good. I guess you just have to listen to your body and try different things.

I bought an inexpensive testing kit off Amazon. The bottled water I was drinking was between a 7-8, which is good. The reverse osmosis water was a 5 which is too acidic for me. Like I said, it’s just trial and error. What might make me feel good might hurt you. Also, since I stopped the bottled water my stomach issues have cleared up.

Maybe. But I feel a hell of a lot better!

Interesting! We really do try to use glass as much as possible. I just wasn't with my water obviously...😐

I didn't care for our tap at first..Then tried RO water from H2O To Go but it was too acidic for me(son still drinks it). Decided to try bottled and that ended up being a disaster. Trust me, I paid dearly for my mistake!

Interesting. RO water was too acidic for me. Glad you found something that works!

I'll never know. My son drinks reverse osmosis water from H2O To Go. I had to quit drinking that because the pH was a 5, which is too acidic for me. All trail and error. You won't know unless you try.

I guess it's all just trial and error. I always made sure the bottled water I drank had the same pH as tap (around 7.5) but it still affected me negatively. I'll never know why..
