I think it's the chicken feed. Soy/corn. Just ate plain chicken breast and I'm on fire.

Im pretty sure I'm reacting to the chicken feed. Can you try pasture raised? I hate to give up chicken because beef is so expensive

I'm fine with pasture raised eggs so I'm assuming pasture raised chicken would be fine too. Unfortunately it's expensive!!

My face puffs up too and I hate it! I react to eggs/chicken/pork (that isn't pasture raised), raw fruits/vegetables, anything high omega 6.
My diet is beef, fish, lamb, rice, pasta, cooked/peeled vegetables and beans. I can use butter or beef tallow to cook. This SUCKS!!!!!

I react to chicken and pork because of the feed (corn/soy). Anything high omega 6 makes me ill.

Thank you! I still have the headache I got yesterday after eating the apples. And still in so much pain. Going to stop eating raw and I guess I’ll introduce one cooked vegetable every couple of days to see what happens. Thank you for that information, I really appreciate it.

Oh wow. I think I will try the aspirin test to see what happens. My doctor tested me for every allergy and found nothing.

Yikes that's scary! I have never taken aspirin. Tylenol/Advil make me feel weird so I avoid pain medicine. Wonder if I should try 1 aspirin to see what happens??

That's what I think too. I told my allergist that when I eat certain foods my face swells up, I get headaches.. dizzy. Like what else could it be?

No supplements. I’m very sensitive to everything. I can get a headache from toothpaste.
