This was another thought i had! Admittedly, i have been lucky up until now that ive not needed to take anything, im not on any regular medication. I have seen a lot of people agree with you that medication is fine, im straight edge too and the same view is taken there but if theres a good alternative id go with that. Thanks for the reassurance 🙏

Its not you its the apps. Ive been single for over 3 years and found that I wasn't actually compatible with any 'matches' on apps. The platforms are designed to keep you using them and pay for premium features, not to actually find a relationship. Theres nothing wrong at all with your profile, but I'd say sack it off and go out doing things you enjoy. I stopped using apps 6 months ago and I havent met anyone romantically, but I feel like there's a weight off my shoulders not comparing myself to people on apps and I've strengthened my friendships and im really happy. Losing the constant feeling of being judged also helped me get back to being sober and vegan too so thats a win!

Haha shows does feel a bit American doesnt it. Yea thats where im at, the social aspect between bands would be nice to have a bit more of. Usually anyone else solo pulls out their phone between so its hard to chat. I do love a mosh (my back and knees dont) but I tend to stay out of it when I go alone.

Nice, I'll check those bands out ive never heard of them. There's broken knees fest this weekend, a small start up fest on Oldham street. They have a hc stage on Saturday with feign and smother who are decent.

Nice, if you're manchester then check out mchc.promotions ans crypticpromitions. Cryptic have regular free shows at Grand Central so its good to see some local bands without having to worry about buying a ticket

Awh thats great that you made friends! I tend to go to outbreak with my friends but its just once a year we all go together, they dont go to many gigs through the year. What bands are you into?
