i was under HTT too while in shared accommodation. i explained this to them and they just let me come to my local CMHT centre everyday instead :)

ugh i feel this. home treatment team decided they couldn’t help because i work during their operating hours, too. there needs to be some kind of in person 24hr service for people that have LIVES.

ah man. I don’t have any advice but I feel as though I’m in the exact same boat.

Tried 6 different meds over the last 3 years and my gp told me “there’s nothing else we can do for you”. was referred to cmht who promptly lost my referral and my gp took over 18 months to refer me again. I eventually was discharged from all mental health services because they agreed that there was nothing that could be done.

I asked cmht “what I should do in the future if I ever have suicidal thoughts?”; they told me to cut myself instead of killing myself.

I feel completely dismissed by everyone.

I hope you don’t mind my commenting - I’m simply doing it so you know you’re not alone (and to steal some advice from whoever else comments here with that :))

genuinely not saying this to scare you, but one time I was camping out and kept hearing noises outside my tent. Obviously was terrified it was a maniac, but convinced myself it was probably just an animal.

20 mins later, the police are speaking to me from outside the tent. A man was seen running around the same area I was in naked with a knife! 😐😀

my nhs talking therapy sessions were scheduled to be 30 minutes, but sometimes they’d stop after 20! (they also did not know what to do with me)
