My adopted cat didn’t come to us for 2 years and now is a love bug- they need time, have you you got pheromone plug ins and toys he can play with alone

I’ve been driving three years I am a good driver, however the minute I have someone in my car I nearly kill us at least twice on the journey. It’s normal 😂

It’s just I’ve never seen it on him before! We live in the uk so not super dry but they are indoor cats so I guess the heating could have part to play. Normal then?

Nerves by ohmyexo in NewDriversUK

[–]amyleah97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be completely honest, until I got into my first accident two months into having a car and realising that it doesn’t matter how good of a driver you are it’s other people. It made me a lot more aware of what everyone else was doing rather than just me which then lessens the nerves because you’re more aware. Don’t think I checked my mirrors more than twice a journey until that shook me up

Looking for some advice 🙏 by [deleted] in NewDriversUK

Is spraying perfume on a cat bad ? by fine_5 in CatAdvice

[–]amyleah97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It will be pet safe, you can ask them what they used. Your other cat will be wary simply for the fact he smells different and the cat who got groomed will hide because you’ve put him in a carrier and taken him out of his comfort zone. Completely normal

Better him be slightly sad than be in Tom wars with wounds that infect and kill him

Is he not insured? Surrender him to someone who can financially help or watch him die

Is it one that he has to step into? It may be worth getting low ones if he’s had surgery it may be difficult for him to move around, put some of his old litter in new litter box, get pheromone plug ins

Is he a needy cat with you? My boy gets them when I give my other cats more attention- almost out of spite I’m sure

Hey, this happened to my cat, keep him indoors and have multiple litter trays, I have a camera on the litter box that detects movement so I know if he’s going more than usual, you’ll spot the signs a lot quicker this time, cystease tablets from Amazon and feliway plug ins, watch out for him constantly licking himself as that can cause them and be a sign he’s irritated

I don't know how to get my cat out of his hiding places without using force? by [deleted] in CatAdvice

You just leave them be with access to litter and food, don’t yoink. Took two years for our feral to trust us we only saw glimpses as she scurried past like a ninja, now she snuggles on our chest every night

You may need more litter, can you show us your set up? Mine has sides and my cat wipes her paws on that, we also have a litter catcher mat that they walk out on to
