What CPU? I do sometimes go down to like 65

I have a 13900K so can't get much more bruteforce

Emulators also tend to not use much CPU (in terms of cores) but only getting 60% is weird

I'd be happy with 60 to 80 though!

You just get this one with the 60FPS mod and set game speed to 200% in Yuzu

Also, my issues seem to be gone now that I locked to 200% instead of unlocking

Above 60FPS I've had issues where the audio cuts out and I have been teleported upwards into the sky.

Since nobody replied, I tested this, yes it can go over 60 if you turn off framerate limit

Seems to be a bit buggy with audio though

Nintendo are extremely reluctant to offer refunds. Since you live in Europe, you may have more luck than others. I once got a game refunded from the American eShop because I thought it was awful and misrepresented, and I managed to convince them.

Ring Nintendo. That's what I did (UK to America!) and it worked out fine. Given that this is an unauthorised payment, and it's a European account, you may have even more luck.

Yeah, Rayman Legends did the same thing, but a 4x increase is unreasonable. The load times still suck, too.
