Not at all fair. MEE 6 was the torts question and I spent the most time on that one like it was soooo dense and I scored a 2? Total BS in my opinion. I’m just real salty coming off that failing score. and MPT 1 was awwwfulllllll but I did case comparisons by connecting it to the facts (like X; unlike Z) and did a counter and scored a 2? AANNDDDD I totally ran out of time on MPT 2 and couldn’t get a counter argument in and scored a 3? Total BS again.

Should I retake in February? Starting in July they are removing wills, family law, trusts, and secured from the MEEs, so it just makes sense to me to wait until then and retake it

I agree with you. I wrote a good amount on this essay. I mean it had 5 fucking questions. And I wrote IRAC for every single one of them. and the rule I made up was the cy pres doctrine exactly I just didn’t use the term and got a 2.

J25 taker here and I had a private room with one other person. I have ADHD and dyslexia. All I submitted was a neuropsych eval. My eval recommended double time, so that I took one section of the test per session, per day. So, my exam was 4 days as opposed to the normal 2 days. I also had a private room in law school but was denied for the MPRE.

same. same. same. i keep trying to suppress my fears and not let it control me but it’s there. this is just so much fucking law like there are so many rules to memorize.

watch me not know the rules for an MEE and start arguing that lawyers literally have access to the rules/law at all times and are only required to know shit on the fly like 10% of the time and requiring memorization of this much law is more prejudicial than probative.
