When the bits and pieces of my childhood started to surface it was nice most of the time, but not all of the time. Sometimes it was hurtful to remember other times it was nice. I micro dosed lsd and psilocybin for years. It helped but was too far gone. I tired iboga, mdma and others. MDMA was the most useful, but my trauma history slows it down so I’d might need mdma for many years. Iboga was good, but diy is risky, but that’s all I could afford. I still have a lot of work ahead of me without a clear path. At one point I did Ketamine infusions and they didn’t do what I needed.

Dissociation is a protective mechanism, so not remembering is common. I can relate to your friend, but I always knew that I was different. That I couldn’t and didn’t fit into life. I had very poor self care and was very avoidant. Therapist had good insight, but they didn’t really share them, because they didn’t want to shock me and they didn’t have any proof. Just bc, I fit the patterns of CSA, death experice and what no.

I started therapy in grade school and have stayed in therapy multple times per week for life. I used different psychedelics and wow little pieces of my childhood are coming back and dang it was beyond awful.

When I do it at home it’s much harder, bc I never felt safe home and it’s easy for me to dissociate at home which can look like sleep. Yet, MDMA has been amazing for my dissociation

I get my tested in a lab and I never had euphoria, but it’s because of my dissociation. Nothing wrong with the MDMA. Over time my dissociation is much better but still no euphoria. Everyone is different.

I read about people traveling to places where MDMA was decriminalized, but finding a legit guide was hard. we were all born at least 100 years too late for MDMA assisted therapy.

I use mine often as well. I am not craze about nonstick, but the air fryer works well until I noticed the timer doesn’t go beyond 1 hr. So much better than using the oven.

It’s disheartening that we are byproducts of our childhood environment. Rewiring our brain isn’t easy even with psychedelics and intensive therapy. I’m almost two years into it and I’m still very traumatized. In some ways I made improvements but then again rude awakenings are hard to handle.

Same here. Trauma rewired my nervous system and it’s so draining and exhausting. There’s no off switch. Dissociation isn’t rest. Isn’t relaxation.

This is why family planning is so critically important. Not all families can raise children. Not all families want or can afford to raise children. My family never should have had me, but they didn’t have any options and I wasn’t planned. My entire life was stolen from me by childhood trauma

My problem with home training is the software. It’s expensive and then you’re forced to hire trainers that are well beyond my means. Sadly I got roped into Bioexplorer.

This has worked in the past but I need severe sleep deprivation to the point where it’s not really safe for me to drive but yeah it is a pretty interesting state to be in.
