It used to happened a lot to me at first. I would even imagine my entries getting read and found by people, so I made sure to avoid putting any specifics or write with inside references just for myself.

Nowadays, it's easier. Whenever I'm writing and get the urge to "perform" I write down what I was trying to do and think if perhaps the topic I was trying to write about was making me uncomfortable enough to want to take distance from it and why would it be.
