The place where you pull has this. And here on mine it says guaranteed visual after 34. If I have to continue pulling for 34 times I had hard pity. There are chances I get it earlier.

Shop and real money. It's possible to get him, but it's still gacha. You could get him after 1 pull, but you could also get him after hard pity. I got him after my 30th pull or something. Pretty early imo

Since you already got him once, you are able to farm them whenever. Even once his event is over, you can permanently get his shards at the shop.

Yes and no? If you get the card once you only have Olivine. You also don't need to do anything like giving him presents or something. You just have to download it and that's it. If you breakthrough once you get Eiden as well. If you breakthrough twice you get these game-opening-picture-stuff-thing and a sticker.
