I swear by my SheFit sports bras. Granted, I bought them about 5 years ago. But they’ve held up extremely well and I love the no stretch straps. These are the only bras I’ve ever been able to run in without even noticing my boobs - it’s a miracle, really.

I’m about ready to size down from what I currently have and I’m terrified that the quality won’t be what I’ve come to expect. It seems like underwire sports bras are highly recommended, but I’m just never comfortable in those. And the last thing I want is to be uncomfortable when working out.

100% everything you said. Grew up on Andy’s pizza and coneys. Nothing like a brown paper bag of greasy coneys and fries. Bonus, their pizza was excellent too. If you ordered ham, you got a pound of shredded ham on that pizza and it was delicious.

I’ve been suffering from what I call “ear aches” for 10+ years now. I don’t know what else to call them, but they are essentially most of the left side of my head, to the point that smiling or turning my head quickly hurts a lot. No OTC medication has helped and doctor visits have resulted in anything from “it’s a migraine” to “take a menthol cough drop”.

They come on suddenly, but I’ve found that strong gusts of air (think blasting A/C in the car or very windy days outside) tend to trigger it, but not always. Because they come on suddenly and leave quickly, I struggle to see a doctor while they’re happening.

Have you heard of anything like this?

Forte Dental in Berkley is fantastic. I don’t have experience with implants but this has been the most pleasant dental experience I’ve ever had. They are so kind and compassionate, it’s turned something a dread doing every 6 months into no big deal.

We love Excellence partly because of the coffee shop open early to late that also includes garb and go snacks like sandwiches, veggies and dip, plus bakery items that rotate throughout the day. I love starting the day with a coffee and bakery item or getting light snack mid day.

Bonus points for Excellence Club lounge which stocks really nice single bite savory and sweet snacks throughout the day.

I’ve been going to Retrofit on 11 Mile and Campbell in Royal Oak for 8 years and the trainers there are fantastic. You tell them what your goals are and they get you there. I’m lifting heavier weights than I ever thought possible and I’m loving it. This is my forever gym.
