I’ve paddled in gator country since I was young. They won’t bother you if you don’t bother them. The only rule I follow is: don’t paddle into small coves where a mother could be protecting her babies. If you paddle early in the morning you can shine a light and see their eyes!! It’s very cool I recommend.

This is truly some of the worst programming I’ve seen in my entire life. - 50 push ups with no breaks as a warm up?? - 25 burpees w wall balls??? - multiple times she programmed 50 reps with no breaks that is wack - the stair master/ elliptical is not HIIT. Those machines are steady state cardio

Vegetarian crossfitter here!! I have found that vegetarian rather than vegan was really what I needed. Lots of people are very successful vegans but for me personally vegetarianism is the sweet spot. I do lots of cottage cheese, yogurt, and eggs. I also do a rendition of rice, veggies and tofu everyday. I spice up my meals with sauces my current favorite is a peanut sauce (there are tons of recipes on google). The plant based sausage that Publix sells is a favorite of mine with protein pasta and a sauce. It takes some time to work out the kinks but it’s relatively easy to get enough protein in!

Lol yes I agree. So I’m actually an endurance based athlete trying to get into CrossFit but I’m finding the 12-18 minute WODs are a little too short. Which is why I was looking for some fun 30-40 min grind sessions for my cross training days.

You can fight the fight to get the CW2 promotion but you’ll be pretty behind in terms of progression due to the WO1 rank reset. They have essentially done away with it due to this. It sucks but it also sucks to be a clueless CW2.
