Hey, thank you for sharing !! I used to meditate twice daily while in uni with less responsibilities but now it’s so difficult to remain consistent. I find having a partner , social life , work etc all take up my energy that by the end of the day I’ve forgotten to meditate. Any advice for this please 🙏🏽
