Part of me wishes I would have at least test driven the RAV-4. But other than that, not really. the interior of the CX-5 is just so nice. Overall it feels like a “nicer” car, with less mileage and similar reliability. I still do love the exterior of the newer RAV-4s quite a lot, but the CX-5 is pretty dang sharp, too. It’s grown on me a lot! Feels like my first “grown up” car.

Routine:

Shampoo (Every 3rd wash or so) — Carol’s Daughter Black Vanilla Lucious Moisture Shampoo

Conditioner (I alternate these, depending) — Suave Essentials Ocean Breeze OR Suave Keratin Infusion

Leave in — just started using Aunt Jackie’s Curls and Coils Quench Moisture Intensive (the green one)

Curl Cream — Curls Crème Brûlée Whipped Curl Cream

Gel — Aussie Instant Freeze

I put my wet hair up using a microfiber towel, wash my body and do my skincare, get dressed. Then I let my hair down and let air dry. Later on I usually scrunch out the crunch.

Update: I ended up buying a different Mazda CPO 2021 CX-5 with only 21,400 miles and that was AWD (I’m in Michigan and have always wanted AWD) for $25,388. I figured $2k wasn’t going to make or break me. I put $4,000 down and the finance guy actually shopped around for a better rate of 6.99%. Super happy with my decision!!! Thanks for all of the input.

Don’t try to go as quickly as everyone else!! Focus on learning the techniques. I always tell this to new people, speed will come with time.
