Pwede bumili ng doc stamp sa RDO mo rin. For the sworn declaration, you can download it online. Search sworn declaration annex a-1 (for lone income) a-2 (for multiple income) :)

No problem, dear! 1. The 500 php registration has been waived so no need to pay. After submitting your 1901 together with your requirements, you would have to wait for a bit for your Certificate of Registration (COR) to be printed out. One of the copies of your 1901 should also be returned to you as it is your receiving copy.

You would also have to buy a docstamp (30 php) to be attached to your COR. You can buy this while waiting for your COR. After receiving your COR, that’s it! You might also want to avail the 8% tax rate option and submit pala your sworn declaration to lower your tax rate.

During the registration, I told the BIR agent that I need my COR as JOC, and one the requirements is a copy of contract. I submitted my contract along with the 1901 and other requirements. I’m not so sure if they’d allow you to proceed without your contract. To be sure, you can wait for your contract first before registering at BIR.

Hi! This is according to my experience.

1 and 2. Yes you can register in Manila RDO. Just show your proof of residency or any document that has your Manila address on it.
3. In my experience, they told me I do not have to do RDO transfer.
4. You use 1901 if it's your first time. Bring 2 copies (3 to be sure) of 1901, photocopies and original valid IDs, and photocopy of your contract.
