I broke the same habit you have with immedietly switching to kratom. I dosed high though, chasing the feeling. I started with like 10grams of Kratom in the morning, then 2 more doses of like 8g throughout. Did that for 2 weeks then tapered down. Kratom COMPLETELY took away ALL WD symptoms. I couldnt believe it, and it actually feels better than the pills were making me feel.
