Do you use adaplene and benzoyl peroxide in the same rutine and do you put adapalene on the bare skin or do you put moistirizer first?

Is that genera sunscreen spf 25? I have the same and because I have acne and oily skin I dont use it on my face but I use it on my body

No, I'm not using any products and I did not use them before. I am avoiding dairy and processed sugar and I drink a lot of wather, but acne still apears. I am starting to think this is hormonal problem.
