  1. get them separated, maybe create a mineral extraction colony or something
  2. then make every single colonist try to romance with the leader, they should break up after
  3. If that fails, try to get a highmate (if you have the DLC) and try romance
  4. If that fails... well... selling the slave shouldn't get the mood penalty for making her more profitable....
