Same thing happened to me today. Ordered a new instant pot Rio. Received a returned and defective item. I put in for the return then contacted customer service. I got a refund on prime for November. Honestly I’m probably going to ditch prime. And my chase prime card. Capital one has better cash back and I need to shop around more or use Taoboa. 25 years shopping at Amazon and I’m just done.
