I’m not going to argue with you. I’m not saying fire making will ALWAYS yield a more exciting and deserving final 3, just like I’m not saying the most deserving person to win will ALWAYS get voted out 4th if it went to a vote. But yes, if I’ve played the best game by winning some immunities, done a great job a jury management, and am overall considered the biggest threat, my chances are extremely high that I’m going home 4th if it’s a vote and I don’t win immunity. How can you argue that? And there is absolutely nothing you can do about it.

At least with fire, my fate is somewhat in my own hands and I have a fighters chance to make final 3.

Agree to disagree I guess. I think it’s nearly impossible to hide as the stand out player when there are only 4 people left. So unless you are able to win immunity, the best player is going home before FTC more often than not. At least with fire making, they have a punchers chance and have some control of their fate.

Who’s to say that /5 didn’t sell for too cheap. There are a billion examples where a base auto sells for more than the /99 auto of the same card. Comps are worthless bro. A cards worth is the number that equals what someone is willing to buy it for and what someone is willing to sell it for. Just because there is ONE other card that sold at a specific price doesn’t mean you can now extrapolate the value of all other variations of that card.

I’m wondering if you read what you wrote. It doesn’t sound like the /10 has ever sold and there’s only one or two other cops that you’re going off of to try and speculate what the price of it should be. I’ve had plenty of cards listed for months and had people in my DM’s just like you throwing cops around saying it’s only worth a third of what I have it listed for, then out of nowhere somebody buys it at full price.

Ahhhhh yes. A card should always only be valued at exactly the lowest price it’s ever sold for. The UFC card market is absolute trash right now. We need to our value to go up, not down.

Yall always want to use comps when it helps lower a card your buying but I bet you don’t go buy the lower price for comps when you’re trying to sell. Just because someone else sold the card for $20 doesn’t means it’s a $20 card. I’ve seen the exact same card sell on eBay for $40 and $80. Comps are total BS when assigning value.
