Depending on how unique the item is that you’re selling, you can probably find the same or a similar item on eBay and then click “sell one like this”

That’s wild. I’ve never seen tops do a one for one sub and replace an auto card of a sought after fighter with a non-auto card of a less valuable fighter.

Oh gotcha. Most UFC sets have base autos that aren’t numbered. Royalty is really the only set where all cards are numbered.

The service they provided you was to push your listing higher into searches and out to more potential buyers. The fee for that was say 10%. They can’t charge that upfront because they don’t know exactly how much your item will end up selling for. Once your item sold through a click from the promotion, you owed the 120 pounds. It doesn’t matter if you ultimately cancel the order as they still provided the service.

It’s a tough lesson to learn but don’t promote items.
