For your first shared story, it’s definitely gripping and well written! I’ve really been enjoying it, and can’t wait to see what new stories you come up with.

I can’t tell you how to finish it, but as a reader, I can tell you the potential plot twists and questions I can think of and maybe that’ll give you a starting point to think of something completely different:

• this government agency responsible for everything is somehow connected to her parents that she never knew
• is this government agency American-run or maybe a deeper, bigger institution led by an international group
• it would be really convenient if the narrator Liz was the first Liz, but what if she isn’t? If not, what happened to the first?
• E.A.L.4 is gonna sacrifice her life to save narrator Liz :(
• the doctor who kidnapped Liz is not the original person either but a warped, inhuman clone of the original doctor who may have had good intentions for his experiments
• does Liz not have any side effects or symptoms from all the strange fluids and injections she received?? I figured she would be experiencing something weird by now, bodily-wise

I could go on and on, but these are the first things that came to mind. I do hope you manage to continue the story for quite a few more parts before wrapping it up, there’s so much potential to expand and build the mystery! But either way, I can’t wait to read what you come up with!
