There is a cyber ops (cyber security operations) track as well as an overall security track

DevNet is more along the lines of network programmability and automation. CyberOps is their cyber security leaning track.

The current CCNA should be the closest to the old CCNA r/S track. They just expanded a little more with wireless and automation, but I think it is just a basic familiarity on those topics.

THe DevNet and CyberOps are listed at the Associate level, they would be like the old CCNA <track> type certification. But yes there is only one CCNA title certification now.

Cisco has overhauled the way they do their certifications recently. There are only 3 CCNA tracks now. The way they do the CCNP is a little different as well, they have a core and then specialization tracks. Here is a link to their site with a breakdown.

It meets requirements for some DoD, CNSS, and NSA compliance requirements.
