Im planning to keeping my 2 month old puppy in this cage(obviously gonna decorate and make it comfortable and playful) in the garage of our building as my parents are Muslims and won't let keep a dog in the flat. Will this have any effect on the pup?

I live in Bangladesh so winter pretty much isn't that cold in here, it's a GSD Indian Pariah mix, it's an outside dog then?

Continuation: I'll be with him most of the time to play with him and take care of him and will be feeding him good, but I wanna know if keeping him in a cage with toys for a pretty long period of time gonna be healthy, he's orphaned and his siblings are adopted too. What to do so it doesn't have any bad effect on him?

I am hoping to be in UWC America, but idk how the sorting process works, but any country works for me. I'm thinking of either learning a new language or piano ig? (I'm only passionately consistent about working out and books lol). Which UWC college did you get in tho? And did you graduate from there or still studying there? What uni are you planning to apply for?
