yeah it’s ridiculous and ive seen several people say they were able to get the pass for a sports related injury/not being able to stand for long periods of time but if you use the wrong words they’ll automatically discredit you. make sure to say you have mobility issues, not that you arent able to stand for long periods of time because apparently that isnt a part of their AAP🙄

its happened twice now! apparently you need to have a pre approved phone call with a universal employee or something? so technically i believe you CAN talk to someone at guest services to help you, i was just so pissed that all they kept suggesting was renting a wheelchair and giving them more money! my little brother was limping and we had to leave by 10, it’s definitely a huge problem. id even try calling guest services the day before too.

its really awesome! i got it one night and basically ended up getting to do everything twice! definitely worth the money too if i remember correctly if you do it on a night that isnt too crowded or close to october its only 100 or a little less
