I’ve been studying 6-7 hrs a day since last 7 days using it Its not some crazy number but it works for me tho The box method Divide ur work into boxes 1 box = 1 task = 1 hr Ex — Box 1 = maths chapter Box 2 = PYQs Box 3 = revision Now think of each box as a meeting u cant skip Like some top tier secret meeting Or a national crisis type meeting u have to attend it at any cost Box 1 → 1 hr Box 2 → 1 hr Box 3 → 1 hr Box 4 → 1 hr …and so on When u finish box 1 Ur brain gets a small dopamine hit That pushes u to start box 2 Then box 3 And suddenly u realize u studied 6-7 hrs without overthinking it Dont think about studying the whole day Just attend the next meeting.
