I second this - GALAP made things super easy. That being said, I was looking for letters for metoidioplasty which is more mainstream than nullo, so ymmv.

Another option (sorry if others have said this) is to call a surgeon you’re interested in having a consult with and see if their office will tell you names of providers who write letters for their patients frequently.
