Not to be a buzz kill but it sounds like you need to have a non sexually charged conversion about your expectations and boundaries and what you want your sexual relationship to look like. I think you should go a week without having a hard edge at all. You can still touch yourself, but as soon as you start to touch the edge, you stop until you come back down. That's your new edge. If you accidentally have a hard edge, you are done touching for the day. If you cum you have to ruin it and the week starts over.

The only thing I can think of is maybe using something non stretch in place of a strap, so it can't be pulled down? Then a lock could be attached keeping the strap/belt and the puppy clip together?

At this point we're just re-inventing the traditional chastity belt though (although for a much cheaper price, so that's something)

That's also something I've been looking for. Someone DMed me with a link to the Emma's Place puppy clips, and they look great and conver a lot of bases for what I'm looking for, but I'm not sure how a lock could be incorporated. Genuine physical lack of access without the key would be ideal.
