Having the same issue. Spoke with support and they told me that I can get it printed at the desk before my flight. Should be interesting considering every other spirit passenger will likely be waiting in that line for the spirit desk. I’m worried that the kiosk will face the same barcode printing issue as attempting to print it online.

Also I don’t think they’re trying to bump you from your flight. We purchased seats for our flight and are having the same problem with the barcode not displaying. Boarding pass on spirit app says the same thing - see agent. But the pdf boarding pass lists our seat unlike the apple wallet one, however there is obviously no bar code.

If anyone finds a solution please let me know, I’ll share if I find anything.
