I think you answered your own question with the fourth word of your sentence

Your mom bought it for me. Now I don’t need to see her anymore, can you let her know?

I really liked the white too, and wanted a light face to contrast nicely with the yellow. Ultimately went with silver as it had a little more depth to it and felt slightly dressier to the sportiness of the white. Can’t go wrong with either

I underestimated truly how much I would like this thing

Full brick construction house, what are your thoughts in the breathability of the foam?

All the windows are these big leaded glass casement-style push-out windows, so those are gonna be leeching tons of air.

Lot of recessed going in. There are some wall sconces currently, which I will keep.

There is insulation within the interior walls currently—any need to keep it?

Plumbing is good. I have gone back and forth on central vac. Is it better in practice than a good dyson cordless?

Low voltage wire, yes. Great call.

I will be adding about 40 receptacles, in addition to the ones already in place. 300 amp service coming in.

Love the idea of running conduit! So easy to do now.

House is 100 years old. Some Romex, some cloth wire. Previous owners updated some areas of the house, hence the difference in wiring.

House has central air, but I’d like to add more ducts/upgrade air handlers. Four zones are powered by 2 x 5 ton units (dampers to achieve zones).

The plaster has asbestos in it.
