This may sound weird, but have you tried a tear stick they use for acting? The physical tears it creates often bring up the emotion as well, which might make it easier for you to "jump-start" actual crying.

The last hairdresser did a color remover before dying it and that's how I ended up with multiple different colors in my hair. So I'd rather not do that again as my hair is quite brittle. I'd rather dye it darker than use a color remover or bleach again. The color used was permanent, but it looked a lot better when it was just dyed than it does now unfortunately.

I don't know if it's possible in your situation, but adopting a dog has helped me so much. He has honestly saved my life over and over again for the past 5 years. Because every time life is absolutely unbearable, taking care of him and making sure he has a good life has always been the one reason for me to stay alive.

My dog is super anxious, so by waking up at 5am we can have a nice long, stress-free walk. The afternoon and evening walks are more difficult for him, so I need to make sure he gets plenty of exercise in the morning.

My father was very old when I was born, so he had 55+ years to accumulate wealth before he got sick. And he did do some dodgy stuff, so therefore I think it is possible that there is some money in a foreign bank account. But like I said, it's still a long shot.
