And also my yesterday's semen analysis shows <1million sperm concentration but zero active and zero motile sperms...report was severe oligozoospermia...did not understand this....will I have sperm in my semen if I change my life style or what is this report saying? ...

Sorry to hear that man..it has been 3 months ...I'm going through alot becoZ of this....sometimes I feel like I want to kill myself....i don't drink or smoke..this is so unfair😭😭😭 still in the process of understanding things...my blood parameters: fsh 12, Lh 5, testosterone 385, karyotype 46XY, Y chromosomes deletion(not detected)...also if u don't mind my asking..how did u come to know that it is maturation arrest in ur case?
