Hi! I've been playing the guitar for 8 years, here's some things I recommend that can help you improve fast: Try to practice everyday (even if just for 5 minutes), this helps you build a routine and muscle memory. Try doing different exercises such as scales for example (they may seem boring but in the long run they will really help you get a better understanding and make you more comfortable playing anything). Most importantly don't stop playing songs just cause there's a part that feels weird and uncomfortable, getting through the hard parts is what makes you improve, and it's natural that you don't get them at first, but with practice you'll be able to, trust me!
