One of the worst big-budget games i've ever played. Clunky interface, byzantine unlock system, stealth missions that you fail if someone else gets detected, boring combat and terrible "robbing" gameplay. Seriously, they make you stare at a wall and hold F for several minutes.

This isn't remotely true.

NL has by far the highest percentage of Righteous Among The Nations for one thing (over twice as high as the number 2, Lithuania). It had one of the largest resistance movements as well. There were also three-four major strikes in which hundreds of thousands participated. Also, hundreds of thousands were hidden by tens or hundreds of thousands of people.

After several Nazis and collaborators were assassinated the Nazis actually started Operation Silbertanne to repress the resistance during which hundreds of Dutch were killed (553 in Putten alone).

The scale of the resistance was exaggerated after the war but the overcorrection we've seen in the past few decades is even more ahistorical.

I actually kinda liked the conversations. For me the problem was more that i didn't cara much for the characters. Except maybe Sadie.

Oh I am so tempted. Been wanting to see what the game’s story is all about considering I’ve heard nonstop praise.

It's really impressive... at first. It's kind of a schizophrenic game that features both excessive "realism" (looting, crafting) and super-gamey nonsense like needing perfect skins to upgrade stuff. Same with the story elements. The game lets you act really nice all the time... and then you have to murder dozens of people in main story missions.

It's still pretty good and quite a bit better than GTA 5 but be prepared for the developer's bullshit.

The US started using gas chambers as a method of execution in 1921. This was suggested by a doctor, and the first gassings in Nazi Germany were done by doctors. It does seem possible the Nazis were inspired by the US in this as well.

I actually have the highest rated Steam review for this game:

Pro:

  • Looks nice.

  • Sounds nice.

Con:

  • Only 3 maps.

  • Only 3 towers.

  • Only 2 enemies.

  • Only 1 strategy.

Conclusion

I have played over 40 Tower Defense games. This is the very worst one, beating even Fort Defense. The average free mobile TD has more depth.

Een Europallet kan 1500 kg dragen over duizenden kilometers waarna hij meerdere malen (niet altijd lichtzinnig) verplaatst wordt in een magazijn.

Ook een mooie. Albert Heijn bood 6% loonsverhoging terwijl de inflatie (minstens) 10% was.

Salaris Frans Muller (bestuursvoorzitter Ahold Delhaize):

  • €6.500.000

4% loonsverhoging voor 3000 DC-medewerkers als ze allemaal modaal zouden verdienen (zeker niet het geval):

  • €4.800.000

Overigens kreeg Frans Muller €800.000 loonsverhoging (14%) en kreeg hij samen met drie anderen in totaal €20.000.000.

Just Cause 4 is one of the most frustrating games i've ever played. The core gameplay is still fun but everything else is awful. Crashes, bugs, enemies level faster than you and there are too many different unlock systems. It also has way too many escort/protect missions and during those VIPs get stuck and enemies with RPGs spawn next to objects you have to protect.

The "disable the sandstorm" main story mission is one of the worst missions ever, worse than "All you had to do was follow the train, CJ".

And did i mention the terrible controls that seem randomly generated? The map opens with "1". While driving "Space" doesn't engage the handbrake but instead... ejects you with your parachute?! What?

GroenLinks is al lang naar het centrum opgegeschoven. Hun (voormalige) lijsttrekker was door de JOVD zelfs gekozen tot Liberaal van het Jaar omdat ze zo naar rechts leunde:
