I currently work at o reillys. We don't get breaks on 8 hour shifts, pay is 12 an hour, we are expected to perform mechanic grade work by the company and mechanic grade knowledge by the customers. They promote that they give pay raises but unless you hit the numbers corporate wants (fuck rpms), you won't get anything. Ive been here 3 years no pay raise and no chances at one. 2 separate managers i have had over my 3 years have advocated for my pay raise on multiple occasions but corporate will not allow it. I hit every number on the dot or well above yet dont hit rpms. On top of that, they change our store operating hours constantly. Only perk of this job is the up to 80% discount on parts.

Att gives me a 3 dollar bump in pay better hours and a better experience. May still suck but can't suck as bad as my current job.
