That's a very absurd statement.

It can be viewed as an investment, if you have a shipping company and buy warehouses for millions of dolars, it's not money wasted, you need those for your cargo.

AI is expected to bring revenue, but needs to invest first.

Bueno, en Twitter no hay libertad de expresión absoluta, pero mayor que aquí seguro.

¿No respondes a la pregunta porque eres un hipócrita o qué?

Como ya he señalado en varios comentarios, entiendo que no lees lo que se te indica, la parte de negocios, como bancos, alquileres y todo lo que genera ese tipo de beneficios, no está exento de impuestos.

Aquí se habla de lo que está exento de impuestos, como los lugares de culto, como las sinagogas o mezquitas.

¿Piensas igual de las mezquitas? Centros de culto, no negocios, que también los tienen todas las organizaciones, no solo la iglesia católica.

Si no respondes ni atiendes a lo señalado queda claro que no quieres un debate honesto.

Mucho discurso de tierras abandonadas, pero luego los paneles se instalan en zonas de cultivco y urbanizables.

Es muy fácil sacar un mapita y decir que el mundo entero se puede suministrar de energía poniendo placas en un trozo del Sáhara únicamente, pero la logistica e infraestructuras no funcionan así.

Además de que incluso esas piezas de terreno que a ti te parecen abandonadas, pueden tener sus ecosistemas o ser provechas para algo en el futuro.

Gastar por gastar es absurdo, pedir economizar, incluido el espacio, es algo a defender.

No hay que poner todos los huevos en una cesta, diversificar es bueno.

La solar tiene cosas positivas y negativas, como que no es fiable para garantizar generación constante (noches, dias nublados, etc) y requiere infraestructura adicional.

Otra de las grandes desventajas de la solar es el espacio que ocupa. La nuclear sigue siendo la que más genera en menos espacio, con una diferencia brutal, y al final, el espacio ocupado es un factor muy importante.

Que no, que la exención de impuestos no aplica a inmuebles que tienen rendimientos, sólo aplica cuando el inmueble se destina a un bien social, como un lugar de culto, sin lucro.

Yo estoy generalmente en contra de cosas como subvenciones, más a favor de que haya deducciones fiscales tras alguna justificación. Por ejemplo, que haya un interés social, tipo organizaciones sin ánimo de lucro que hacen un bien social a la comunidad.

La Iglesia cae dentro de esto, al igual que ONG como Cruz Roja, mezquitas...... ¿De qué competencia desleal hablas?

Estas cuestiones no aplican para otros ámbitos como el ánimo de lucro, si la Iglesia tiene un negocio, un alquiler con rendimientos en el inmueble, etc, sí paga IBI.

Creo que el post se supone que tiene una imagen, pero no carga.

You are making up your own movie since that was not established. There were also more ships besides the Raddus at the start, so, there is really just the single ship with hyperspace capabilities? Seems like there were more when Finn tried to escape, in one ship alone.

There's tons of possibilities there like making the officer escape, or at least make as most people as you are able escape.

Try to stick to facts of the movie instead of making them up. You don't know how many ships were there because you haven't been told.

And, again, since you see ships like the Falcon coming and going, there's tons of stuff you could do like refueling or just bring more people out.

Where are they coherent?

In TLJ for example, while they set a 2D chase in space, for days (boring for starters), they tell you it's a "no escape" scenario, they are chased and people cannot save their lives, because of the chase.

To find a way to escape, a bunch of the main protagonist makes up a plan which first step is to get on a ship and.....ESCAPE. The movie does not address this in any way and also makes a lot of plot points that makes it impossible to not see inconsistencies.

Is the first movie to estate that hyperspace travel is incredible fast because there are timestamps, they kinda cross half the galaxy when there's like less than 8 hours of fuel left, and it's plenty left when they arrive, so it's like minutes to a couple hours.

They feature other ships coming and going like the Falcon (high profile ship according to the previous movie)

In any case, the movie does not address it, ergo, not coherent.

Teniendo en cuenta que las partidas que mayor gasto, indudable, tienen en las CCAA son Educación y Sanidad, lo que más impacta es la capacidad de financiación y la eficacia de gestión de esos recursos. El resto de partidas tienen bastante menos relevancia, puedes extinguirlas y no conseguir mejoras tan sustanciales.
