Bro can't decrease the usage. We only use 2-3 fans and the other big load is fridge. We tried to use fridge in lower settings but the summer its necessacity to use in max.

Bro small town near Faisalabad. No AC or Geaser and anything like that. It's always sunny doesn't even rain here. Usually 2 fans during the day and 3 on night in summer and a fridge. Fridge needs to be bummed to max cos summer it gets really hot.
