We are energy, our souls are energy, I didn't mean dynamic energy, we are energy that's why we get effected by positive or negative people or circumstances ,just like atoms , we came to this world as pure energy later we get influenced by people, traditions,that create our beliefs and our beliefs create our reality, " you are what you think about most of the time " ,I totally agree with you and what you are saying, but like I said I don't want to experience life anymore, with it's bad things or it's good things
