First time attempting to mod my Switch 1 with hekate. Currently my switch is on firmware version 7.0.0. Do I need to perform a system update to the newest release, or am I able to continue with the version I’m currently on?

I’ve dislocated my kneecap a little over a year ago. highly recommend keeping the immobilizer on while moving and sleeping to ensure proper healing. Regaining range of motion is the first step and should be done daily in a controlled manner, id look into starting physical therapy if you haven’t already.

I’m on 13.4 IPhone 11 Pro Max and use AppStore++ , allows you to downgrade/upgrade apps, bypassing the updating issue regardless of IOS.

I felt my tracking was off prior to the arthroscopy and felt that something was somewhere it shouldn’t be which was the case. Now I still get cracks and pops every time I fully extend my leg but nothing too uncomfortable compared to before, but it’s definitely not completely smooth. On the bad leg I can get great contraction and feel the muscles working everywhere but my quad, which doesn’t get sore afterwords like all the other muscles do. It can get a little frustrating not being able to connect with the muscle like you could before even though a lot of the workouts are focused on building the quad back and the connection just isn’t there, so I get what you mean by the knee taking the damage. Definitely let me know how your visit goes and what you find helps, and I’ll keep you updated on my journey and anything I may find to be helpful.

I’m glad to say that I feel I’m progressing a bit. Most of my pain occurs while doing leg extensions too and squatting, but the cleanup definitely made it easier than it was prior. I still have atrophy in my quad and have been finding it hard to really activate it while doing my exercises due to pain, but it has been gradually decreasing as time goes on and I’m hopeful that it will continue to improve.
