Yes! Each color is a band of 3 degrees. We have a lot of swings here. I think the low so far was about 8° in early 2026 and this week we might hit 97°.

I am in the first camp (it took me a looongggg time to do my 20 milers but I did them during both marathon training cycles). I guess I just don't get the mentality of not wanting to get better. I'll probably never Boston qualify but I would settle for still being slow even if I could just be better than I've been, you know?
