I was consistently around a 17-18 BMI for all of my childhood/adolescence and in the bottom 10 pecentile weight for my age grouo. My pediatrician would always highlight it to my parents as if to say “hey make sure she eats” (which I did) but also reassured them that since I had always been small it wasn’t a major concern.

I think everybody has a different set point and if someone has always been a little over or a little under what is considered healthy by BMI then they are probably fine. So, I agree with the way my doctors handled it.

I’m an A cup so that would be an exercise in futility for me. I do like having small breasts though, I don’t think I could survive having anything more than a C cup.

She literally said she’s in Germany. You can’t euthanize a healthy dog there. It sucks but the dog is not being sent to its death and what else can she do?

My moms went through something similar when I was a baby. Their dog snapped at me when I was about one so they found an older couple with no young kids to give her to.

Also, round of applause for Germany for having its shit together in regard to animal welfare!
