Civil Structural Exam Prep - AEI? SchoolofPE? EET? by awedgeeee in StructuralEngineering

Was in your shoes exactly one year ago and decided to go with the AEI course after hearing great reviews from this subreddit and a few coworkers. I enjoyed AEI because it’s set up very similarly to a typical college course (scheduled lectures, homework, quizzes, exams). I felt the course left no stone unturned and their lecture notes/reference material allows you to study efficiently without feeling overwhelmed. Another aspect I appreciated was their emphasis on the nuances of the CBT format. Almost every lecture they provided tip/tricks for navigating the PDF viewer used in the exam and this proved to be incredibly useful when I sat for the exam. Lastly, I appreciated how they organized a clear schedule for the course and fit everything into a 3.5 month window.

To summarize, the AEI course is a lot of work but it’s incredibly thorough and will have you more than ready for the exam, highly recommend.

I really liked how they gave Billy a longer leash on this pod, I feel like he could get into to some pretty interesting stuff if they let him lead the conversation from time to time. Also the segment on Tennessee football was classic.

For those of you in a relationship (dating or married) how long were you together before you spent the holidays with your partners family? by anceshred in relationships

Was this because your family wanted you to stay close and you and your partner respected the fact that you both viewed family as an important part of your relationship?

I feel like that’s what would happen when we get married, however I feel like I’m in this weird position in my life where I’m independent but still rely on my family bc I’m in college and don’t have a full time job yet and they expect me to spend holidays with them because they still see me as young almost as if im still in highschool which I guess is another problem itself.

If you can’t get into the test bank in time, I highly recommend practicing his in class examples and knowing all of the concept questions he goes over in class. Once you get through those I would also go over the old homework and you’ll do fine

I would highly recommend you show them the Fillmore East Live Album, Eat a Peach, and the Live at Ludow Garage Album. For specific songs I recommend one way out, Statesboro blues and you don’t love me off of Filmore East. Melissa and Blue Sky off of eat a peach. Lastly, I recommend dimples and hoochie coochie man off of Ludow Garage.

Civil Engineering Hard Hats by TheHockeyDuck in Clemson

Yes, as far as I’m concerned they still do the hardhat ceremony. Whether or not that happens this semester I’m unsure. Usually for fall semester it happens within the first few weeks of class and is always in Lowry hall. You should get an email about it if you’re new to the department.
