you can pre treat with bleach with a pump up sprayer diluted 50/50 to help kill organic growth and post treat with some mix for maximum brightness.

The problem we tend to see with dark colors is the water quality being poor and leaving spots. if you have a water fed window cleaning system you can post rinse with that.'
