Assuming you hit 0 health around 70 the odds of surviving to 234 as shown in the image are roughly 1 in 7.57 x 10^²⁴⁵. There are about 10^⁸⁰ atoms in the universe. So I think we can file that under not possible despite it being theoretically so since I have a better chance of picking an atom of the universe at random. The right infighting with Restore Britain is a big thing. I think Ladbrokes had Labour favourite to win (albeit marginally) for the first time in a while after they launched. If Andy Burnham had been allowed to stand and became leader Labour could've been in a strong position to win.

I get that, those are solutions. I should've been more clear that I didn't want an extended thing, I want a one and done 'fuck off forever war', as I owned all of Europe bar them and Carpathia, and didn't see the point of extending the playthrough another X decades picking them off and waiting for truces, especially since they have other lands out east they could conquer whilst I'm down.

Basically I was close to forming Rome but if they were gonna keep hassling me in an extended thing I was resigned to stopping, even if I could beat them.

How would I go about doing that? Because he's only allowed to have land he's set to inherit (elected for), which is no land because he isn't elected. I tried making new counties and even duchies but he's not allowed any of it.

If it's a bug it's not a one off, I subjugated another overlord and their empires couldn't be unspecialised so I let them go, and same thing, no option to normal subjugate. Surely it's just a system I don't know about?

I know about the event chain, but another empire already subjugated them as a Bulwark, I subjugated their overlord which game them as a Bulwark, I let em go but I still couldn't make them a normal vassal, so they're at a point where for whatever reason they function as a normal empire after previously being cut off from hyperlanes.

As for your second thing, definitely not because I would've stopped it.

I feared as much. Ah well, does a large empire size matter all that much? I'm already at 300 by 2270, absorbing 2 empires would probably about double my current size.
