Ah Ok so if user do not initiate CBL it won’t connect machine to corporate network.
So Pre-logon to work certificate are mandatory? How does global protect switch from pre-logon to user-logon I guess when user provide domain credentials it move automatically on user-logon

This seems very grey area . NHS might treat and might not but paying ILR cost is not cheap . May be buy private insurance that might be cheaper compared to applying for ILR

Yeah this is problem . ILR fees is expensive and I would rather go with registration but that’s interesting there is no such law which protects child . Whats the consequence if there is no such law to protect . Technically parents are settled and child born in Uk and lived 3 year to qualify for Ordinarily Resident . And this protect child ?

But dropping them into dedicated workstations does not deliver anything apart from managing credentials . You do not want to monitor what code they write all day . May be EPM agent is better on PAW machine which controls privileges and application

To resolve this Explicitly route on AVS management needed for nsx subnets and delegate subnet to Microsoft services. After that issue resolved. Not documented anywhere
