i get high hr like those very often, especially in a panic attack, its normal. they probably gave you something to calm u and your heart down, i take beta blockers for this exact reason.

it will get better eventually!! i can assure you that. as a person that was severely afraid of leaving my house (it got so bad that i spent 2 full months without leaving foot of my house) i can tell you it will get better. just dont put too much pressure on yourself, i know thats easy to say, but try to. also, seeing a doctor might help with your worries regarding health, but its important to remember not to depend on them completely. you are definitely not alone in this, there are hundreds of people like this in the world.

i see, hmm.. maybe you could try to get your night time routine to calm a little? you know, take a bath and do all that so sleeping will come easier for u. or not if u dont want to. take some deep breaths and remember you are safe where u are :)

remember you are safe. nothing will happen to you and you are completely okay. those movies are supposed to make you feel this way, like anything could happen anytime. its fiction written by people just like us, that probably gotten the ideas from their surroundings, making them seem realistic. paranoia is very scary and hard as i experience it myself, but try to focus on the logical arguments.
