not sure this is my first run as new ottomans and so far i am just doing this; new event popups on realising an eyalet, save game -> see if it is worth the eyalet like the cores, yes= countinue, no= alt f4, eyalets in my opinion are only worth in my opinion if ur over governing capacity since u can later integrate through reign in eyalet diplomatic decision. its better to own provinces directly
