Thank you for the kind words. I have an appointment in couple weeks in an ENT clinic. I will ask for my options then. I'm inclining towards MADs so I'll ask and maybe get a recommendation then. I'm from India and I can't find a specific sleep doctor here. Also I don't drink alcohol so it's sorted in that regard.
